As the name implies, a buyer’s agent represents the buyer’s interests and will negotiate on the buyer’s behalf during the transaction. Home buyers should always have an agent representing them. Most people think they have to pay a sales commission when working with a buyer’s agent. The truth is that usually the Seller pays for the Agents Commission.
